Ellaphante Designs August 2009- Huntsville Fashion Photographer

Its time for the monthly showcase of Heather’s new stuff.  Heather is the designer and seamstress for Ellaphante Fashions  and each month I’ll be working with her to photograph her newest items and take some newer pictures of older items!  This item is an adorable purple shirt which i love and will want when i’m no longer pregnant!

Our model was great to work with and super cute too!!

This shot doesn’t show off the shirt, but I love it anyways.  She’s very beautiful.

We found a parking garage and Heather and I both LOVED this hallway:

Here’s something that might surprise you:

LOOK AT MY BELLY!  It’s getting bigger and bigger!  My friend Harrison came along today and he took the photographs of me.  Becky was sick and Harrison wanted to try out some fashion photography.  He did pretty good if you ask me!

This next one should show you how hot it was… we ended up being there to late in the morning… pregnant lady was burning up!

OK, so Harrison saw this metal tube and said I should sit on it… haha, he’s never been pregnant before!! I didn’t see how I was going to get up there.  But with some help I did it, and then I relaxed:

Ellaphante Designs July 09- Hunstville Fashion Photographer

This is Heather.  She’s the designer for Ms. Ella Phante’s Custom Fit Clothing.   We went out yesterday and the day before photographing her newest designs.  I take detailed photos of each item for her, but today I’m only going to show off a few of each design.  Don’t worry heather the detailed photos are coming your way!  We are trading clothes for photos once a month so she has updated photos for her shop and I have new handmade clothes!! WAHOO!!

An Announcement!-Huntsville Portrait Photographer

I will be returning to the Mobile area again June 25th-30th.  I will be taking ten sessions again!  They are first come first serve!  The session fee for these sessions will be $50 and will include your session and anytime I spend processing your images after I return home.    The sessions will be as follows:

Thursday June 25th-  10 AM  and  3:30 PM

Friday June 26th- 10 AM and 3:30 PM(BOOKED!)

Field Day!- Atlanta Event Photographer

All week I’ve been spending my mornings at Eastside Elementary School in Douglasville, GA.  They split their field day into three parts, K-2 grade Monday, 3 and 4 on Tuesday, and 5th on Wednesday.  It was so much fun!  Here’s some of my favorite shots from the week:

That picture is from Day one,  he won the relay race for his team and was VERY proud!  I love it!

This game was just about everyones favorite.  Two classes stood on either side with the big balls and as one kid ran across they rolled them out trying to hit them.  It was funny, and fun!

This is from day two.  Fourth grade tug-of-war.  Very big deal I must say!  They had a blast!

HA HA!  They had a potato sack race but they had three sacks sewed into one.  It made for some laughs for sure, and quite a challenge for these fourth graders!

This is the fifth graders on the playground waiting for the games to start back up again.  I just really liked this shot with all the swings going at once.

One of the most popular events for the fifth graders was the water baloon toss.  I got lots of good shots of baloons in mid air! It was great!

Here’s the bench out front.  I just liked the sun coming through and the way you can read it so easily.  Thanks for the fun Eastside Elementary, I would love to come back one day!

Happy Mothers Day to my grandma!- Atlanta Animal Photographer

Happy Mothers Day to EVERY mother out there!  But this post is for my grandma!  I’ve been promising her a second post for the farm for days, but I’ve been so busy with book designing and promotional things here in GA (not to mention I haven’t been feeling so hot the last few days, due to the new baby inside me)  that I just haven’t gotten to it.   I woke up this morning and jumped right on it!

What happens in Alabama stays in Alabama.  Not the same mantra you hear everyday, but so true, and its hanging on their back porch!   The cows got left out of the other post so here’s a couple of them:

You can see the land behind her and its just gorgeous and green!  Max, their other lab, was left out of the other farm post too:

Isn’t he cute!  and very beautiful!  I like the next one, he’s guarding his tennis ball:

HAHA, so fun!  I left out the chickens too…  I realized this morning that this next photo is the only one I got of the chickens!!

They have tons!  I showed the baby goats off in the last one, plus the older female goats, but I didn’t show you Rocketman:

That’s Andy again.  You all met her in the last post.  I just really like that picture!  Here’s one of my grandfather going to the Feed and Seed store, he goes there alot and my grandma asked for a picture of the event:

I love how they are all gravitating towards him!  Needless to say I love it there, and so do all of my cousins and family members.  If there is one shot that just reminds me of the farm its the next one:

The tractors are the highlight for most children who visit.  They always want a tractor ride!   And to me they just remind me of my grandpa.  They are the first thing I see when I pull in the driveway!

And its going to be short!  I took yesterday off from pictures.  I hadn’t taken a day off since I got back from mobile and Seth and I decided it was a much deserved day.  And today we are heading out of town so I won’t be able to make a long elaborate post today…as much as I love writing them!!  But I promise to make it up to you when I get back Monday, PLUS I have a secret to share that day too!
